Plans & Billing
When you create your workspace you are asked what kind of business you run — a startup (one product/site) or a boutique agency (multiple client sites). Your answer sets which plan ladder is available to you, and every workspace starts on the free Sandbox plan.

Sandbox is free: 1 active site, no custom domains, 250 visits/month, 500 one-time AI credits. The Ads Engine and the AI CMO are included on Growth and Scale in both ladders — lower tiers do not offer them.
When you hit a limit
- Active sites — creating another brand is refused until you delete one or upgrade.
- Custom domains — connecting an additional domain is refused; on Sandbox custom domains are not available at all.
- Monthly visits — a visit is a unique session on a brand within the calendar month. When a brand reaches its cap, new tracking events pause for that brand until the next month.
- AI credits — AI-powered actions are refused while your balance is empty.
- Ads Engine / AI CMO — routes behind these features answer with a plan error until your plan includes them.
AI credits
Every paid plan grants a monthly AI credit allowance that refills at the start of each calendar month. AI features draw from the monthly pool first, then from bonus credits, which never expire. Bonus credits can be granted by the AURAFUSE team. Sandbox credits are one-time and do not renew.
Waivers
The AURAFUSE team can apply a waiver to your account, keeping your plan's limits active without payment, or to a single brand, giving that brand unlimited limits. Ask support if you believe you qualify.
How upgrading works
Upgrades are handled personally today: contact us and we mint a checkout link for the plan that fits your workspace — monthly, or annual where available. Completing checkout activates your subscription automatically. If a payment ever fails, you get a grace window; when it ends, the workspace reverts to Sandbox limits.
